Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Preferably with 3-4 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good understanding of Malaysia Labors Law, all statutory government bodies requirements and familiar with Employment Act & Industrial Relations procedure is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills which able to communicate effectively and diplomatically with people at all levels
• Strong prioritizing skills, adaptable, multitasker and able to work independently
• Possess good command of English
• Preferable Executive specialize in Human Resources or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Recruit the right talent for identified positions through a strategic recruitment process to ensure manpower needs of the company are met within a specified timeline
• Act as the main contact person on all matters related to talent recruitment in a manner that will support company manpower and business operation needs
• Document and maintain all applicants’ and interview database

Employee Relations

• Identify and carry out staff engagement activities for all staff in a manner that will enhance their motivation level and support the creation of position organizational climate
• Handle and manage staff grievance/disciplinary cases in order to mitigate industrial relations risks that will protect both the interests of the company and staff
• Collecting ongoing information regarding satisfaction of staff on salary package and wage, working conditions and etc.

HR Policies & Processes

• Review and revising HR operation policies and procedures in compliance with changing or new legislation
• Conduct briefing & education sessions with new staffs to ensure HR policies & processes are adhered to
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and applicable laws
• Involve in internal process impacts, risk and mitigation management
• Developing personal policies, maintaining and updating policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as needed
• Administering and keeping information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date

HR Administration & Reporting

• Plan, prepare and manage all administrative tasks on appointment, confirmation, transfer, re-designation, increment and resignation of staffs
• Analyze exit interview findings and present to the management
• Ensure job description of all staffs are updated
• Prepare the relevant reporting and dashboard that are able to provide an insightful information to the management
• Execute ad hoc HR matters as and when required

• Able to handle full set of accounts – AP / AR / GL and Fixed Assets independently with minimum supervision.
• Manage / Assist daily administration and operational duties, payroll & leave tracking.
• Liaison with EPF, Socso, auditors, tax agent, company secretary on statutory reporting procedures.
• Provide advice on taxation matters, streamline the processes and undertake new responsibilities.
• To coordinate with other departments to expedite work process.
• To prepare monthly reports for management review.
• Undertake any other additional ad-hoc assignments when required.
